The Roles of a Utah Teacher Leader Guidebook was created to define and elevate teacher leadership. Through a collaborative effort between the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and the Hope Street Group Utah Teacher Fellows, this resource was developed as an effort to formally define teacher leadership in schools while providing LEA leaders with an understanding of six teacher leader roles and how they can leverage the skills of classroom teachers in these roles.
