Pacheco discusses the importance of elevating teachers’ voices to be heard among policymakers and essential stakeholders. Throughout the episode, Pacheco highlights the significance of advocating for teachers and how teachers can advocate for themselves and their students.

Pacheco also makes a case for the influence leadership training can have on educators. This training has helped educators stand out as essential leaders in their schools, districts, and states.
