Well hello, my Name is Amber, I was born on a shrimp boat in Galveston. I grew up in Buffalo Texas, moved here in Galveston area in 1998. I have a 13 year old Amazing son that I still don't know how I got so lucky but he chose me so I am enterally grateful. I'm always positive, hard worker, quick on my feet, and have a passion for helping people as well giving 100% in everything I do. I love a challenge and great with customer service and problem solving. Before coming to Goodwill I worked for R.C.C. ,Resources Crisis Center, which opened my mind to exploring the non profit side of possibilities. I love helping people , gaining new, unlimited amount of knowledge and making a difference and this job gives me all of it. I love my job! I finally found a place where I belong and get to give back, make a difference in peoples lives. I'm lucky, excited and thankful I have the resources to learn more and pass that along to help others be able to accomplish their goals. If I'm not working I am hanging with my son , my family, surfing, combing for shells to make jewelry or building something new. I love to be creative, reading, and just enjoying the luxury of living on the water. Did I mention I love cheesecake, Mexican food and crawfish.
