One of the biggest challenge as been getting committed participants 

Think of a time when you were faced with a communication challenge. What happened? How did you handle it? How was the issue resolved, or was it resolved at all? Would you have handled it differently in hindsight? What advice might you give a peer facing a similar challenge?
Communication challenges can be disrupting and not well received. Listening is important to understand the other side.

In my job I have to use critical thinking a lot of times when dealing with jobseekers and their barriers to employment. I try not to make assumptions and help them.

Think of a time when you had to facilitate a difficult conversation with multiple stakeholders who had different perspectives. What happened? Would you have handled it differently in hindsight? What advice would you give someone in this position? What new strategies have you learned in this module that you plan to apply to future meetings with multiple stakeholders?
I do not facilitate meetings with stakeholders in my job but this class has teach me the steps to facilitate one. 

Think of a leader you know who was able to inspire and motivate key stakeholders. Briefly describe the situation and include two or three factors that made this leader so successful.
Leaders in a  non profit that used success histories to motivate and inspire others.
