Communication challenges can be disrupting and not well received. Listening is important to understand the other side.
In my job I have to use critical thinking a lot of times when dealing with jobseekers and their barriers to employment. I try not to make assumptions and help them.

What advice would you give someone in this position? What new strategies have you learned in this module that you plan to apply to future meetings with multiple stakeholders?
I do not facilitate meetings with stakeholders in my job but this class has teach me the steps to facilitate one.
