Definitely take a moment to think and consider all aspects before responding or reacting. I have learned to have a clear understanding of the issue at hand and an understanding of the conflict or challenge in deciding the best way to respond. I also like to confirm and reiterate conversations via email.

I think that critical thinking is crucial in preparing for political elections. It's important to fact check and utilize logical thinking in order to make an informed decision. 

I have learned to be better prepared and proactive in anticipating questions and conflicting responses.

The Director of United Way comes to mind in this scenario. She was personable, concise, and very influential in working with community stakeholders to further goals and initiatives set in place. The annual fundraising campaign was always an extreme success, and the raised funds did tremendous good in the community.
