One time I was caught off guard when explaining a question that was asked about my business. I froze up, not because I did not know the answer but because I wanted to give a good answer. I had to stop, calm myself down, and think. I responded after this and gave an answer. If I could do something different I would have thought of different questions that could have been asked, and answered them for practice.
There was a time when I had figure out how I would find transportation for a summer program for students in a wheelchair. I knew I would have to compromise with another program who actually had a wheelchair accessible van. I had to work on a schedule that would no conflict with their schedule and japaridze them being late.
A time I dealt with stakeholders who had different opinions was complicated at first. Everyone wanted to voice their concerns and not listen to one another. After helping everyone realize that the most important thing to do was to listen to each other and tackle each issue together in a timely manner, things went a lot more smoothly,
I had a leader who was very open and honest with his stakeholders. For example if their were a lack of staff and the business or service suffered because of this, he would let that be known. The stakeholders appreciated the open communication and honesty
I set various goals throughout the month for myself. I try to learn things that make me better at my job and things that I want to learn from an entrepreneur mindset.
