The biggest challenge is recruiting. Clients do not always see the value in free trainings.
The biggest success is when the client is placed in a career that was empowered by the free training they initially did not value. Lastly, I love when I get feedback saying thank you!
Adapting in-person services and virtual services (hybrid) requires critical thinking. One have to ensure that clients have the ability to use technology in lieu of in-person trainings. However, assumptions on participants' abilities to use technology in order to participate and accomplish all goals are made. More research is needed in order to successfully cross over hybrid.
Follow all meeting etiquette including but not limited to the agenda. I like the idea of following up about the meeting, as well as tasks and dates of completion needed.
The leader I can think of is my manager who not only leads a team to success yet bridge partnerships with stakeholders to continue growing the company.
I will reflect daily and review my goals regularly to maximize my leadership skills.
