Having data of the local area employer needs is important for ensuring we at Goodwill Houston Connects can help our clients with job placement. We attend job fairs, and build relationships/partnerships with surrounding employers to better help assist with job placements of our clients. We conduct our own data research using online sites like indeed. We also utilize the resources within Texas Workforce Commission.
