My greatest challenge is getting participants to understand the meaning of Career pathway. Getting them to commit to the program and remain on course to meet goals.
Communication can be a form of guidance or it can negatively effect a person if the communication is found offensive. Be sure to have an explanation of your actions to the recipient in which you failed to communicate appropriately. Apologies can go a long way.
Making up scenarios, making assumptions. drawing conclusions by making a judgement toward another person.
At the weekly meetings there is always one person that is the subject to the criticism on various subjects. If you have a team that all work doing the same job then it should be addressed as a whole team not just one. Since being employed our meetings have been helpful and sometimes uplifting. So, It is important to recognize the good in your team as a whole and not by the actions of one.

Great influence to her employees. The stakeholders involved receive accurate explanations of good and services provided in each service offered to participants in the community.
