The individuals our team works with don't always have the educational background that many employers are looking for, so we must rely on their skills and abilities vs. educational experience. Understanding what skills employers are looking for helps us to better market and prepare our candidates for those roles.
This is very helpful currently, as we are updating parts of our programs. Knowing what employers' needs are and how we can match those with the skills of our students is crucial.
