My communication challenges is to make I practice active listening and to make sure I understand how to respond effectively. Communication is important.
Jumping to conclusions is never good, even in decisions that should be made quickly. There is ALWAYS enough time in the business world to take a step back and think about options before pulling the trigger.
Setting expectations and outcomes, too often people are allowed to hijack meetings which lead to other issues.
I think to key to good leadership is showing genuine compassion for your team and for those your serve.
