I agree with the idea of good ,simple and clear information is always appreciated . Knowing the facts and data will help us to communicate more effectively in the workplace.
In my daily work , I have to use critical thinking to solve various problems, obstacles that clients bring regarding rent, job, transportation, etc. What I can do better is work in my assumptions. Instead of assuming that there is only way to solve a problem, or that I am the only one that have to give my client the solution to their problem, I should ask more questions to clarify information and come up with ideas to solve the problem and incorporate other points of view.
